Rihanna (Saint Michael, Barbados, February 20, 1988) is the stage name Robyn Rihanna Fenty, a singer, actress and model barbadense.
He moved to the U.S. at age 16 to pursue a recording career under the guidance of record producer Evan Rogers.
She subsequently signed a contract with Def Jam Recordings.
In 2005, Rihanna released her debut album, Music of the Sun, which highlighted the international hit "Pon de Replay". In less than a year, he released his second studio album, A Girl Like Me, 2006, which produced her first # 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, "SOS" and the hit "Unfaithful." Her third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad 2007, generated international hits like "Umbrella", "Do not Stop the Music",
"Take A Bow" and "Disturbia." The album was nominated for nine Grammy Awards, winning "Best collaboration rap / sung" with "Umbrella."
Her fourth studio album Rated R 2009, produced the hits "Russian Roulette", "Hard" and "Rude Boy".
Loud 2010, their fifth studio album, spawned the hits "Only Girl (In the World)",
"What's My Name?", "S & M" and "Cheers (Drink to That)".
